Job responsibilities: - managing store operations and supervising the team of employees - ordering and replenishing merchandise - ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets - communicating with suppliers and company management - quality control and freshness of goods - responsibility for cash register, inventories and administration - preparing monthly attendance reports for the payroll department - responsibility for proper and timely maintenance of employee attendance records We require: - secondary education in commerce is an advantage - retail experience, ideally in a management position is an advantage - responsibility, reliability, independence - good communication and organizational skills - time flexibility We offer: - full-time employment, start date by agreement - competitive salary - support of a stable company - loyalty bonus - meal vouchers worth 120 CZK/day - use of company cottage for employee holidays - regular Sundays off Interested in our offer?
