QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR First contact by phone or email. Job Responsibilities: - Visual quality inspection of work and products at final quality control - Visual quality inspection of work and products at in-process quality control - Responsibility for ensuring compliance with procedures when defects and non-conformances are identified - Documentation of inspection results and their communication to production departments - Daily reporting of inspections to the supervising employee - Active communication with other departments Requirements: - Secondary education with diploma - Attention to detail, reliability, and strong sense for precision - Prior experience with quality control – not required, we will train juniors - Knowledge of modular construction – an advantage but not required We Offer: - Starting salary: up to 50 000,- Kč + bonuses - Employment Type: work on HPP - Continuous professional development through regular training and career growth opportunities - meal allowance
