Job responsibilities
• Leading, coordinating, and supervising department staff in fulfilling work tasks
• Developing strategic and conceptual documents for education development, human resources, youth and sports in Kraje Vysočina within the scope of state administration and self-government
• Proposing and implementing measures to support education, youth development and sports in Kraje Vysočina, including preparation of materials for regional self-government body meetings
• Collaboration and communication with other stakeholders involved in human resources development, labor market needs, and partners working in youth, sports and talent development
Requirements:
• Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's degree)
• Knowledge of the Czech education system, sports organization and systemic support of sports and other leisure activities
• Ability to process and interpret extensive data and think in broad contexts
• Own initiative and creativity in fulfilling work tasks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Group "B" driving license, ability and willingness to drive official motor vehicles in performing assigned work activities
Advantages:
• Work experience in education, labor market research and surveys, statistics and data processing, or experience working with youth and in sports
• Work experience in a leadership position
• Knowledge of public administration (bodies, jurisdiction)
• Knowledge of the Regional Government Act and Education Act, regional jurisdiction in youth and sports matters, public administration budget framework issues
• Special professional qualification in education
• Knowledge of at least 1 world language (English, German, French)
