We require:
• Higher education at the master's or bachelor's level
• Professional experience as defined in § 5 of Act No. 420/2004 Coll., on the review of financial management of territorial self-governing units and voluntary associations of municipalities
• Knowledge in the field of public administration, in particular knowledge of Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions (regional governance), as amended, and Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal governance), as amended
• Understanding of Act No. 420/2004 Coll., on the review of financial management of territorial self-governing units and voluntary associations of municipalities, Act No. 250/2000 Coll., on budgetary rules of territorial budgets, and Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control in public administration, all as amended
• Understanding of accounting for territorial self-governing units and their contributory organizations
• Experience managing people or work teams
• Competencies in effective work organization, communication, and motivation of subordinate employees
• Logical and analytical abilities
• High work commitment, independent, responsible and methodical approach to work tasks, above-average ability to learn new things
• Good practical knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, Internet)
• Category "B" driver's license and the ability and willingness to drive official motor vehicles in the performance of assigned work duties
Advantages:
