What we'll need from you: minimum secondary vocational education with maturita, social services worker training course, proof of hepatitis B vaccination, criminal record clearance documented with RT certificate, PC skills, experience and passion for working with seniors, and professional expertise
Working conditions: single-shift 40 hours per week, flexible working hours, special care allowance of 3 700,-Kč, management allowance of 3 000,-Kč, personal allowance up to 7 000,-Kč after probation period.
Job responsibilities: ensuring smooth operation of the activation department, maintaining professional standards and completeness of services provided, monitoring and ensuring correct work procedures in the department, planning and conducting department meetings, identifying, organizing and implementing activation activities for clients, assigning and managing work tasks for subordinate employees, improving quality of service delivery
