Valid from: 22.7.2026 Head of Procurement and Cooperation Key Pillars of the Position • Strategic Procurement: Development of procurement strategy, securing purchases of sheet metal and raw materials, market analysis, negotiation of best prices and contract terms with key suppliers. • Cooperation Management: Ensuring external production, subcontracting and services that the company does not manufacture internally (outsourcing). • Optimization and Development: Identification of new suppliers, evaluation of their reliability (audits) and continuous improvement of logistics flows. • Team Leadership: Management of the procurement team and coordination of purchasing with other departments (production, quality, finance). Position Requirements • Education: Secondary/higher education (ideally in economics or technical field). • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (for international market), German language knowledge is an advantage in the Czech Republic. • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, understanding of technical documentation. • Experience: Demonstrable experience in procurement, ideally in the manufacturing sector (automotive, mechanical engineering).
