Management and coordination of school cafeteria staff, substitution for the cook when needed and active participation in food preparation, menu planning, oversight of compliance with hygiene and dietary regulations, quality and taste control, food ordering and receiving, quantity verification, record keeping and related administrative tasks, cooperation with management. Knowledge of HACCP standards and hygiene regulations is an advantage. Requirements: experience in the field, nutrition therapist qualification is advantageous, clean criminal record, reliability, attention to detail, computer skills.
