GASTROPRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F) The growing TURBO PIZZA network is looking for a production manager for its branch What will you do as a Production Manager? lead the entire branch team and be part of it be the manager's right hand oversee operations that must run smoothly take responsibility for the quality of our products and services control and order supplies plan employee scheduling collaborate with branches in other cities maintain daily phone and email communication with management organize and motivate the team - we want to be the best in town train new employees to become professionals train existing employees and evaluate their work handle complaints and non-standard situations responsibly monitor operations and provide regular reports to management What do we require from you? experience from a pizzeria in any position is a great advantage experience in gastronomy is a great advantage experience leading a team, or willingness to take on responsibility a positive attitude toward manual work be a true team player responsibility for entrusted matters an active approach to work time flexibility and a positive spirit very good communication and organizational skills driver's license category B is an advantage What is our offer? professional growth and continuous personal development possible career advancement to manager profit sharing from branch sales and profitability off-work team entertainment activities and parties and plenty of pizza to go with it.
