Lead the entire branch team and be part of it Be the manager's right hand Oversee operations that must run smoothly Take responsibility for the quality of our products and services Control and order supplies Schedule employee attendance Coordinate with branches in other cities Communicate daily by phone and email with management Organize and motivate the team - we want to be the best in the city Train new employees to become professionals Train existing employees and evaluate their work Handle complaints and non-standard situations responsibly Monitor and report results to management What do we require from you?
