Managing the entire branch team and being part of it Being the manager's right hand Oversee operations that must run smoothly Responsibility for the quality of our products and services Control and ordering of raw materials Planning employee attendance Cooperation with branches in other cities You will be in daily phone and email communication with management Team organization and motivation - we want to be the best in the city Training new employees so they become professionals Training existing employees and evaluating their work Responsibility for handling complaints and non-standard situations Controls and subsequent reporting to management What do we require from you?
