The growing TURBO PIZZA branch network is looking for an operations manager for its branch. What will you be doing as an Operations Manager? Leading the entire branch team and being part of it Being the manager's right hand Oversee operations that must run smoothly Responsibility for the quality of our products and services Control and ordering of raw materials Planning employee schedules Coordination with branches in other cities You'll be in daily phone and email communication with management Organizing and motivating the team - we want to be the best in the city Training new employees to become professionals Training current employees and evaluating their work Responsibility for handling complaints and non-standard situations Monitoring and subsequent reporting to management What do we require from you? Experience from a pizzeria in any position is a great advantage Experience in gastronomy is a great advantage Experience in team leadership, or willingness to take on responsibility Positive attitude toward manual work Being a true team player Responsibility for entrusted matters Active approach to work Time flexibility and a positive spirit Very good communication and organizational skills Driver's license category B is an advantage What is our offer?
