Job responsibilities: Leading the entire branch team and being part of it Being the manager's right hand Overseeing operations that must run excellently Responsibility for the quality of our products and services Control and ordering of supplies Planning employee attendance Collaboration with branches in other cities You will be in daily phone and email communication with management Team organization and motivation Training new employees to become professionals Training existing employees and evaluating their work Responsibility for handling complaints and non-standard situations Controling and subsequent reporting to management.
