Permanent full-time position, single-shift operations. Start date available immediately. What awaits you in this role: leading the entire branch team and being part of it; being the manager's right hand; overseeing operations that must run smoothly; responsibility for the quality of our products and services; inventory control and ordering of raw materials; planning employee schedules; collaboration with branches in other cities; daily telephone and email communication with management; team organization and motivation - we want to be the best in the city; training new employees to become professionals; coaching existing employees and evaluating their work; responsibility for handling complaints and non-standard situations; controlling and reporting to management. Requirements: experience from a pizzeria in any position is a major advantage; experience in gastronomy is a major advantage; experience in team leadership or willingness to take on responsibility; positive attitude toward manual work; being a true team player; responsibility for entrusted matters; proactive work approach; time flexibility and positive attitude; excellent communication and organizational skills; driver's license category B is an advantage.
