Head of Finance Department

We are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for the position of Head of Finance Department, who will take responsibility for the company's financial agenda and be a partner to management in financial operations. If you have experience managing accounting in a manufacturing company, you are knowledgeable in accounting and tax matters, can work in SAP system, and are looking for stable employment with the possibility of reduced hours, we would be happy to welcome you to our team. Job Responsibilities: managing the finance and accounting department; comprehensive accounting management for the company; processing monthly and annual financial statements; preparing tax returns (VAT, income tax, and others); organizing and evaluating regular and extraordinary inventories of assets and liabilities; creating accounting reserves, accruals, and deferrals; monitoring the accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with accounting and tax regulations; preparing audit documentation and communicating with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and government institutions; preparing financial analyses, financial reports, and materials for company management; collaborating on budget preparation, cash flow planning, and evaluation of financial results; methodological management of the accounting department and cooperation with other company departments; working in SAP information system (FI module preferred); Requirements: minimum secondary education in economics (university degree preferred); experience in a similar management position; excellent knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax legislation; experience with asset and liability inventories, creation of accounting reserves and deferrals; knowledge of SAP system (FI module preferred); excellent MS Excel skills; analytical thinking; independence; attention to detail and high sense of responsibility; organizational and communication skills; ability to lead a small team of employees; We Offer: full-time employment (8 hours per day); we also welcome applicants interested in part-time work 4 hours per day; salary up to 60,000 Kč per month for full-time employment (salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications); stable employment in a prosperous manufacturing company; opportunity for professional development; friendly team and support during onboarding; Employee Benefits: 5 weeks of vacation; pension insurance contribution; life insurance contribution; vacation allowance; children's summer camp contribution; meal voucher allowance; flexible working hours including occasional work from home; Contact: by email or phone Monday - Friday from 7:00 to 15:00; Send us your CV and become part of a company that values expertise, independence, and responsible approach.We are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for the position of Head of Finance Department, who will take responsibility for the company's financial agenda and be a partner to management in financial operations.
