We are seeking an experienced director for a residential facility for people with disabilities to lead a team of staff members and be responsible for professional, operational, and personnel management of the service. We require · higher education in social work, social pedagogy, or a related field, · experience in social services (preferably in DOZP or similar facilities), - knowledge of computer skills · experience with team leadership and organizational abilities, · ability for empathy, communication, and independent decision-making, · knowledge of Law No. 108/2006 Coll. and related legislation, · clean criminal record · salary placement according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. + leadership allowance and personal compensation.
