Start Date: 07/17/2026 Job Duties: - organization, management, and oversight of activities at the senior care home - performance of managerial duties at a larger facility with multi-level management - collaboration on service development and updating of internal policies - collaboration on organizational development. Requirements: - higher education, preferably in humanities - minimum 5 years of experience in social services with team leadership experience - initiative and willingness to implement new methods and procedures - computer literacy - driver's license category B - knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services and Regulation No. 505/2006 Coll. - positive approach toward seniors - good communication skills - ability to work independently and as part of a team - decisiveness, reliability, responsibility - stress resilience - good organizational skills - empathetic approach. We Offer: - financial compensation according to Charity Frýdek-Místek salary regulations, 45,000 - 48,000 - comprehensive employee benefits package (7 weeks of vacation, company phone and laptop, flexible work schedule arrangements, meal allowance via meal voucher stipend, regular professional training, meal allowance stipend, pension insurance contribution) - meaningful work with opportunities for self-realization - employment contract for one year with possibility of extension - expected start date January 2027, to be agreed upon.
