Understanding of care for people with intellectual disabilities Strong communication skills Independence, empathy, initiative, flexibility Ability to work as part of a team Computer literacy Valid driver's license for category B motor vehicles (active driver) Job Responsibilities: Supporting client integration into the community, promoting their employment and meaningful leisure time, organizing shifts, managing household operations, financial accounting and much more, as well as leading a work team.
