First contact: by email or phone (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30) Requirements: minimum secondary education, clean criminal record, Class B driver's license, computer skills, team player, versatility, positive attitude toward seniors, sense of order and cleanliness, diligence, reliability. Job duties: organizes, manages, and plans residential building operations, ensures financial resource management with allocated funds, maintains required records. Prepares and submits data to the employer necessary for personnel and payroll administration of supervised employees; responsible for ensuring supervised employees comply with working hours. Working hours Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30. Benefits: flat meal allowance per day, 5 additional paid days off on top of vacation, performance, annual, and loyalty bonuses.
