Requirements: minimum secondary education, clean criminal record, Class B driver's license, computer skills, team player, versatility, positive attitude toward seniors, sense of order and cleanliness, diligence, reliability. Job Duties: organizes, directs, and plans residential building operations; ensures financial management of allocated resources; maintains necessary records. Prepares and submits data to employer as needed for personnel and payroll administration of supervised employees; responsible for ensuring supervised employees comply with working hours.
