Main duties of the position: Long-term investment and inventory accounting, receivables and payables accounting, their control, participation in quarterly and annual Financial Statement preparation, which includes: carry out long-term investment and inventory accounting and control of subordinate institutions in accordance with regulatory acts; prepare payment orders for long-term investment and inventory purchases; control the debit and credit turnovers and balances of analytical accounting accounts for long-term investments and inventories across all accounting dimensions and monthly reconcile with general ledger amounts; control the advance payment circulation for long-term investment and inventory purchases; carry out receivables and payables accounting of subordinate institutions and their control; payment order preparation and processing; prepare and submit the necessary subordinate institution statistical reports to the Central Statistics EDV system portal within specified deadlines. Requirements for candidates: higher education corresponding to the field of activity, supplemented with appropriate training; experience in accounting work at budget institutions, lasting more than one year; ability to apply accounting regulatory acts governing budget institutions in work; good skills in working with the resource management system
