The State Forest Service is announcing a competition for a Senior Specialist position at the Center Forest District Directorate for a fixed-term appointment. Requirements for Candidates: Compliance with requirements under Article 7 of the Civil Service Law In accordance with Article 7(11) and Article 8(2) of the Civil Service Law, candidates for this position must have reached the statutory retirement age Relevant academic or professional higher education in forestry, environmental sciences, or law Desirable experience in a similar position Proficiency in working with information systems Knowledge of administrative procedures Competence in records management and business document preparation Strong communication and collaboration skills Category B driver's license permitting operation of vehicles with manual transmissions. Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide customer service to the public on matters within the State Forest Service's competence and support clients in accessing e-services Conduct verification of submitted documents using restricted-access databases (Land Register, Commercial Register, Population Register, Criminal Register, etc.) Register information in the Forest State Register Ensure collection of state fees for forestry and hunting activities Maintain records management in accordance with applicable regulations Provide consultation on forest management and utilization, European Union support measures in forestry and environmental matters, and hunter examination and registration issues within the scope of competence.
