Vacancy: Senior Records Manager, Prison Administration Central Office Administrative Department, position code 3343 11 Position Type: Full-time Salary: from 1055 EUR to 1705 EUR Work Location: Prison Administration Ilguciems Prison - Tvaikonu iela 3, Riga, LV-1007 Contact Information: 67290612, 67290148; [email protected] Submit CV and cover letter to: [email protected] Requirements for Candidates: Minimum first-level professional higher education; Latvian language proficiency at level C1; Health status and psychological characteristics meeting the requirements set by the Cabinet of Ministers (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 219 of March 10, 2009 "Procedure for Mandatory Health Examination"); Knowledge of regulations governing archival and document management and document circulation processes; Very strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), ability to operate office equipment; Ability to plan and organize work, execute assigned tasks in priority order; Ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions; Good communication skills, high psychological resilience; Ability to work both as part of a team and independently; High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work under high-intensity conditions. Duties: Manage and maintain archival documents of the prison facility; Register documents in the prison facility records management system; Prepare paper-form documents for sending via Latvia Post or courier services, and deliver documents to be sent to the Latvia Post office; Provide suggestions for developing the document management field and improving document management procedures; Answer incoming telephone calls to the prison facility; Provide responses to inquiries and requests within the scope of competence.
