The State Employment Agency announces a competition for a position of Senior Expert/-e in the Personnel Development Division for the ESF Plus project "Strengthening the Performance of the State Employment Agency" to promote employee development and experience exchange (1 position for a fixed term, for the duration of project implementation until 30.06.2028) Objective of the vacant position - to ensure the implementation of activities of the European Social Fund Plus project "Strengthening the Performance of the State Employment Agency" in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts, project objectives and tasks, approved indicators and established results. Requirements for candidates: academic higher or second level professional higher education, preferably in social sciences; experience in employee development and training matters, preferably in public administration; knowledge of public procurement processes; analytical thinking, ability to evaluate facts, data, anticipate and prevent risks; desirable knowledge of English for communication with foreign cooperation partners; computer skills and ability to work with office equipment; good planning and organizational skills, initiative, ability to work in a team and make decisions; a valid e-signature tool is required to perform job duties. Main job responsibilities: organize training and development events for Agency employees; develop and coordinate internship and mentoring programs in the Agency; organize experience exchange visits for Agency employees; organize and participate in the implementation of a competency assessment system in the Agency; develop procurement documentation for activities to be carried out within the project; prepare information and reports on project implementation. We offer: work in a state administration institution with the opportunity to gain diverse professional experience; monthly salary from 1600.00 EUR to 1700.00 EUR (before tax) in accordance with the assessment of individual salary setting criteria; social benefits in accordance with those established in public administration; additional vacation days (up to 10 working days per year); enhancement of professional knowledge, opportunity to participate in various trainings; health insurance policy after 3 months of service. The selection competition will take place in three rounds: First round - evaluation of candidates' education and work experience based on submitted documents; Second round - practical task to assess the candidate's knowledge and skills; Third round - interview to assess knowledge, skills and competencies in accordance with the requirements set for the position.
