About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will have a central and varied role where you work closely with both the CEO and the business. You will serve as important support in daily operations and contribute to creating structure, momentum, and efficiency in the organization.
Your day will consist of a combination of administrative tasks, coordination, project support, and business-related matters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with management, participate in development initiatives, and contribute to issues related to, for example, sustainability, quality, regulations, and new EU directives. This role is perfect for you if you appreciate responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to make an impact.
Examples of Work Tasks
Administrative support to the CEO and management team
Coordinate meetings and book travel and hotels
Take minutes at management team and board meetings
Manage, compile, and organize documentation
Follow up and drive administrative projects
Conduct information gathering and investigations
Support the business in implementing new directives, requirements, and standards
Assist in work related to ISO standards, sustainability requirements, and packaging directives
Provide administrative and coordinative support in business and project-related matters
About You

Requirements
Strong administrative skills and high accuracy
Independent work style and ability to take own initiatives
Good digital skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Ability to understand and grasp regulations, standards, and directives
Meritorious
Experience in a similar role as Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrator
Experience working close to management teams or boards
Knowledge of ISO standards, sustainability work, or quality matters
Experience in project administration or business development
Interest in business and organizational development
