About the Assignment
We are seeking two switchboard operators for our client, a public authority in Mariestad. This is a consulting assignment through Bemannia starting in mid-October and running through January 29, 2027. The position is full-time at 100% and you will work at the client's office in Mariestad.
Your Responsibilities
As a switchboard operator, you will be the public face of the authority. You will work in a service-oriented manner and quickly adapt to different situations that may arise, with a genuine enjoyment of working with people. You will operate the telephone switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate person or department. To thrive in this role, we believe you should be positive, service-minded, and customer-oriented. Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal conduct with both customers and colleagues—inspiring confidence—are essential. Your Qualifications
Completed upper secondary education or equivalent with passing grades
At least one (1) year of experience in service and customer interactions via phone
Good communication skills in both speech and writing
Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
