Your Tasks As a wet spray painter, you will work with coating and surface treatment of industrial components, steel structures, and other metal products in varying sizes. The role involves responsibility for the entire process – from preparatory work to finished surface – where quality, precision, and safety are the focus. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure that products meet high quality standards and delivery precision. Your tasks include among other things: • Wet spray painting of industrial parts, steel structures, and metal components • Preparatory work such as grinding, filling, cleaning, degreasing, and masking • Priming and applying paint according to applicable specifications • Quality control of surface finish, color, and coating thickness • Handling and maintenance of spray equipment and paint materials • Inspection and finishing of completed painted products • Forklift and overhead crane operation as needed • Contributing to order, safety, and efficiency in production Your Profile We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy practical work and take great responsibility for completing work according to established quality standards. As a person, you are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner, follow instructions, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications: • Experience with wet spray painting in industrial production or similar activities • Good knowledge of preparatory work such as grinding, masking, cleaning, and priming • Experience working with various types of paint and lacquer systems • Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality requirements • Experience with quality control and assessment of surface finish is a merit • Forklift and overhead crane certification is a merit • Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written • B-category driver's license is a merit We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone with strong commitment, high work ethic, and a desire to deliver high-quality work.
