Together, we'll get Sweden to work and have fun along the way. Our Section's Mission Our mission is to provide digital solutions for managing programs and initiatives for job seekers. We are in the midst of an intensive transformation from legacy systems to new technology and need to strengthen our team with a sharp product owner. About the Product and Role At Arbetsförmedlingen, you'll work with products that make a real difference, in the middle of a comprehensive digital development journey where technology, innovation, and business development go hand in hand. The product is responsible for digital decision cases used to manage and decide on programs and other labor market policy initiatives. The solutions are used daily by case handlers and business experts and are central to Arbetsförmedlingen's ability to make legally sound and efficient decisions. You'll work in a cross-functional development team of approximately 10 requirements analysts, architects, and developers. The role involves many contact points where you build relationships, create alignment with other product areas, and ensure the team focuses on the right things at the right time. In this role, you will, among other things: Own product vision, feature content, roadmap, priorities, profitability, and ISP Prioritize and manage the product backlog Collaborate with other product owners and stakeholders to create a well-functioning whole Contribute to the development of modern approaches to product development and agile delivery Drive and project manage your product's deliverables within larger initiatives Report progress and profitability analyses We Seek You Who Are a confident and engaged leader who enjoys working in teams. Basic Requirements Relevant education in systems science or social science, or equivalent knowledge acquired through other means At least 5 years of experience as a product owner or equivalent leadership role in the development of digital tools or services At least 5 years of experience working in agile development teams using Scrum or equivalent methodology Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing Meritorious Experience in the development or management of case management systems Experience from larger complex organizations with many contact points Knowledge of Pega solutions Our Offer The position is a permanent full-time employment that can begin with a six-month probationary period. The work location is Solna. We offer balance between work and private life, a generous vacation agreement, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work remotely up to 49 percent on an annual basis.
