Your Day-to-Day at EnRival Utbildning The work involves on-site adult education in care-related subjects. As a care teacher, you will guide and teach students, and assess their knowledge according to the care and healthcare program's course plans. You are responsible for grading. The role as a care teacher also includes planning and follow-up of work-integrated learning (APL). You will work as part of a team with several colleagues. You'll have support from trained educators who assist with learning and help with practical tasks as well as follow-up. Teaching is delivered on-site! Your Competence and Background You must be certified and licensed as a care and healthcare teacher. You must have at least one (1) year of experience teaching in care and healthcare. We'd be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies: Professional experience from care and healthcare work Certification in additional subjects, particularly Swedish Good language skills in, for example, Arabic The position also involves some documentation for the client, students, and principal. Additionally, collaboration with government agencies and industry organizations. Good digital skills are required, as we use several digital tools. You have a strong ability to motivate students to reach their goals. - As a person, you are confident, empathetic, and perceptive. Your flexible approach enables you to solve problems. - You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work both in groups and individually.
