About the Role Want to make a difference? If you are not already a trained security guard, Securitas will cover the cost of your training before employment. This position is particularly suitable for you if you don't have other main employment, which allows us to offer you varying work schedules according to business needs. As a mobile security guard, your primary task is to deliver safety to our customers - mainly at industries, offices and workshops - by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft and damage. Typically you manage alarm systems and report using a computerized patrol information system. The work is independent and often feels free, but with great responsibility. This position suits you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a security guard at our office in Strängnäs, you'll become part of a close-knit team. The tasks are highly varied and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, night or day. Shift lengths vary, but are often 12-hour shifts either day or night. Since we operate year-round, it's common to work every other weekend. We are security. We are Securitas. Requirements Specification Requirements Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good English skills Category B driving license Meritorious if you have security guard training have worked with similar tasks before have civil or military security guard training As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm and organized and can handle periodic high work tempo. You are interested in technology and find it easy to understand instructions. We see that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understands problems and solves them creatively. You have a systematic and careful approach with an eye for detail. Great weight will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.
