Job Description Want to make a difference? If you are not already a trained security guard, Securitas will cover the cost of your training before employment. As a patrol security guard, your main task is to deliver safety to our customers - primarily at industries, offices and workshops - by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft and damage. Typically, you handle the alarm systems and report using a computerized patrol information system. The work is independent and often feels unrestricted, but with great responsibility. As a stationary security guard, your main task is to deliver safety to one of our customers by being attentive and ensuring everything is in order. You often work at the entrance to a larger company and check those who pass in and out, but you can also perform patrols and camera monitoring. Work tasks vary from customer to customer. You work independently and under your own responsibility. These positions suit you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a security guard at our Norrköping office, you'll be part of a tight-knit team. Work tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, nights or days. Shifts vary in length, but are often 12-hour shifts either day or night. Since we operate year-round, it is common to work every other weekend. We are safety. We are Securitas. Qualifications Requirements Passing grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good knowledge of English Category B driver's license Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm and organized and can handle periodically high work pace. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions.
