Your previous experience/education is less important. We are now looking for colleagues for employment as a Security Guard. This does have certain requirements for you as a person. We set higher standards than others because your individual contribution makes a bigger difference with us than elsewhere. To work for us, you also need training, which we provide. Both training mandated by the Police Authority and a more comprehensive in-house training to give you the right prerequisites. With us, you work both with colleagues and independently in a team to make our customers' world safer. This means there are requirements for things like personal responsibility and problem-solving. Together with your future colleagues, you solve both planned and unplanned assignments and work toward a safer world in our local area. There are tasks that are challenging both physically and mentally where your contribution makes a direct difference. We hire on an ongoing basis, so don't delay your application. We are looking for staff for part-time work but also as needed, though we envision you having the opportunity to work up to full-time as we expect increased demand in the coming period.
