We are now seeking a Road Worker to join our team working with operations and maintenance in the Falkenberg service area. About the assignment As a road worker with us, you will have varied work where you handle operations and maintenance-related tasks within our base maintenance contract. You work both independently and with colleagues and subcontractors, actively contributing to keeping our roads at a high standard year-round. The role includes on-call duty during both summer and winter periods where tasks may include some supervisory functions. Examples of work tasks in this role: Road service and inspection Traffic arrangements Road equipment replacement Bareland work, such as cleaning and brush clearing Minor construction work Who are you? We are looking for someone who is responsible and enjoys practical work – both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills, strong commitment, and appreciate tasks with high degree of freedom and personal responsibility. Since the work takes place outdoors in varying environments and weather, you are comfortable with that as well. We place great importance on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, we see it as a requirement that you have: Experience from operations and maintenance or construction Class B driving license Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written Experience and comfort with work in digital tools and systems Meritorious: Class C driving license and YKB Training in Work on Road Experience with winter road maintenance With us, commitment, safety mindset, and teamwork are qualities we consider decisive in our employees.
