Here you'll have the opportunity to work closely with development teams, users, and other designers in a modern, agile environment where you'll help develop the digital solutions of the future for connected products and services. About the role As a UX/UI Designer, you'll become part of Husqvarna's global design organization and work closely with an engaged team consisting of UX, UI, and HMI designers. You'll primarily support the development of the Fleet solution, a system that connects products, users, and services to create a better overall experience for both professional users and resellers. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working through the entire design process and want to combine user insights, UX work, and visual interface design. You'll be an important part of agile development teams where you collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure user needs are transformed into value-creating solutions. You'll report to the responsible manager within the design organization and be part of a team where several designers are based in Huskvarna and Jonsered. Since collaboration with the development team is a central part of the role, you're expected to work on-site in Huskvarna at least four days per week. Responsibilities: Create and further develop user flows, information structures, and interaction design for digital products and services. Work closely with developers in sprints to ensure design solutions are implemented efficiently. Plan, conduct, and follow up on user testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Transform business needs, user requirements, and product goals into concrete design solutions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and finished interfaces based on established design principles and design systems. Drive design activities throughout the entire product development cycle, from idea and concept to final delivery. Gather and analyze user feedback to improve upcoming iterations and sprints. Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other key stakeholders to create a cohesive user experience across multiple platforms. Your profile We're looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and has a genuine interest in understanding user needs. You enjoy collaborating with different competencies and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. To succeed in this role, we believe you're structured and analytical. You have strong intrinsic motivation, take responsibility for your deliverables, and dare to ask questions to find the best solutions. We also see that you're communicative and enjoy presenting ideas, anchoring design decisions, and working user-centered throughout the development process. Requirements for the position: At least 1–3 years of experience with UX/UI design in digital products. Post-secondary education in UX, interaction design, industrial design, or similar field. Very good English skills, both spoken and written. Meritorious for the position: Experience with UX/UI design throughout the entire development process, from user insights and research to prototypes, user testing, and finished product. Experience working user-centered with wireframes, prototypes, and MVP development. Experience driving design work in cross-functional teams and agile development environments. Experience with consumer-facing products, digital services, or solutions that combine hardware, software, and services. Experience facilitating workshops, leading design processes, and creating engagement and collaboration between different stakeholders.
