Shape intuitive digital products through user research, concept development, and UX/UI design in close collaboration with cross-functional product teams. Do you want to create user experiences that make complex digital products simple and valuable? In this role, you'll drive the design work from insight and concept through launch and continuous improvement, together with an experienced product team. About the Role You'll become a key person in a cross-functional team that develops digital, customer-focused products. You represent user needs throughout the entire product development cycle. You combine user value, business goals, and technical requirements in your design work. What You'll Do Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and product teams. Develop user flows, concepts, prototypes, and detailed UI design in Figma. Guide the design from early idea through delivery, launch, and further development. Contribute to design systems, processes, and design expertise in the organization. What We're Looking For Relevant higher education in interaction design or related design field. At least eight years of experience in professional UX and UI design work. Experience with visual design, usability analysis, and complex user flows. Ability to lead design-related discussions and workshops. A portfolio that demonstrates how you've created impact through design. Technology & Tools Figma for UX, UI, and prototypes. Design systems and component-based design. Qualitative and quantitative user research. Basic understanding of front-end development and the interplay between design and code. Practical Information Location: Göteborg.
