The position is placed in the administrative unit, which also includes the Internal IT function. The staff at the unit work, among other things, with issues in the areas of case management, board administration, archives, registry, legal affairs, and IT coordination. The unit's mission is under development where changes in both working methods and processes within the administrative area will be in focus in the coming years. Internal IT supports operations with IT that is simple, secure, and cost-effective. Through clear processes and well-structured information, we reduce the administrative burden on managers and employees. As a link between operations and IT, you contribute to developing and improving systems, working methods, and digital solutions that create value for the organization. About You Requirements: academic education in, for example, IT, systems science, business development, or other higher education that the employer deems equivalent experience in IT, digitalization, system management, and systems lifecycle experience in driving investigations and development initiatives documented experience in change management and business development experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into requirements and solutions good communication skills and very good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious: experience from a government agency, municipality, or other public sector organization experience in information management, information security, and data protection experience in digital transformation, vendor management, project management, or leading working groups Who Are You?
