The Business Area Digital Transformation consists of five units: Digital Services and Design, Portfolio Management, Projects, Business Area Support, and Digital Business Development. The roles in these units include unit managers, contract controllers, system managers, system developers, business architects, system specialists, delivery managers, process leaders, information and IT security managers, and others who are responsible for delivering processes, daily operations, and developing existing services. Digital Business Development works with the ServiceNow platform, which is Region Skåne's digital platform for service delivery. We are responsible for developing, managing, and customizing the platform and work long-term to create efficient, sustainable, and business-adapted digital services for Region Skåne. Region Skåne is investing in the platform, which means we have a growing mandate where we all work together to develop and drive our work forward. RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a developer, you contribute to digitalizing and streamlining Region Skåne's operations with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. You work both on developing new solutions and on further developing, managing, and providing technical support for existing solutions for the organization. The work encompasses the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, and development to testing, implementation, management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. You will have an important role in ensuring that existing solutions function stably and meet the organization's needs over time. This involves analyzing incidents and problems, implementing adjustments and improvements, and providing technical support to users and stakeholders as needed. The role is part of a team consisting of business and technical architects, Scrum Masters, and developers. Together, you will drive development initiatives, management activities, and improvement efforts where the organization's needs are transformed into sustainable and manageable technical solutions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant higher education/university degree in IT, systems development, systems science, or other education and/or experience deemed equivalent. You have at least two years of experience in developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is a requirement for the role. We would like to see that you have experience with both new development and management of business-critical IT solutions. You are accustomed to working with troubleshooting, incident management, analysis of technical problems, and implementing improvements and customizations to existing solutions. You also have knowledge of JavaScript and web development (HTML, CSS). Understanding of different ServiceNow modules and certification on the platform is strongly meriting. Experience in providing technical support to users and collaborating with different business roles is also meriting. We would like to see that you are curious and experienced in driving and documenting work around configuration and development, and have a strong interest in technology. Experience working in agile teams according to Scrum or equivalent working methods is meriting. Additionally, it is positive if you have ITIL certification. As a person, you are a natural relationship builder who easily works both independently and in groups. Furthermore, you are goal-oriented and structured in your work approach.
