We are now looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE developer who wants to work with business-focused solutions where technology, user needs, and business objectives meet. Here you will have the opportunity to help develop and maintain a central CRM platform that is widely used across the organization for customer and case management. You will be an important part of a skilled and engaged team working with modern technologies, rapid pace of change, and a clear focus on future solutions. This is a direct recruitment, so employment will be directly with our customer in Stockholm. Your responsibilities As a developer within Dynamics 365 CE, you will work with development, customization, and further development of the organization's CRM platform. The platform is used across multiple business areas and is a central part of the digital customer experience. In the role, you will, among other things: Develop and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Work with Power Platform to create and improve business-supporting solutions Develop and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems Contribute to modernization of technical solutions using cloud-based services in Azure Participate in the entire development process – from requirements and design to implementation and maintenance Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, Scrum Masters, and product owners in agile teams Contribute to continuous improvements of working methods, architecture, and technical solutions Work is conducted in hybrid form with the opportunity to combine office work and remote work. Requirements Several years of experience in development and maintenance within Dynamics 365 CE Experience working with Power Platform Good understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform's capabilities and limitations Experience in integration development, for example via APIs or Azure services Experience with or interest in development within .NET/C# Experience working in complex IT environments Ability to work in an environment with high pace of change Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience in the Scrum Master role Experience with Azure-based integration solutions Interest in and experience with AI and how AI can be used to streamline development, collaboration, and delivery Experience working in agile development teams We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
