The Preschool Administration is a young department with extensive collective knowledge and expertise building the future. Tens of thousands of children attend Stockholm's preschools. Welcome to us The Preschool Administration consists of four divisions, one of which is the Authority Division. The Authority Division's mission is to grant licenses to and exercise supervision over private operators who run preschools and other educational activities. Your role Your assignment involves working together with committed colleagues with high expertise to investigate and ensure, through financial review and ownership and management assessment, that private operators running preschools and other educational activities in the city are reputable. You will work in an unpretentious and helpful work climate with full focus on the assignment. Your competence and experience You have: relevant university or higher education several years of current and relevant work experience in qualified investigation within public administration good current proficiency working with the Office package and case management systems very good knowledge of Swedish language both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have: experience with ownership and management assessment experience with supervision or investigation work within public administration experience with investigation in connection with licensing procedures experience with authority exercise related to supervision or control activities at municipal or state authority experience with investigation work from a criminal investigation authority habits of writing decision texts, responses to referrals or other types of official statements We are looking for you who have an academic background and want to work with qualified and in-depth investigations. To succeed in the role, you should be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and be thorough, curious and structured. You should be able to speak and write factually and in a way that is easy to understand. The role also requires good collaboration skills, that you enjoy working independently, and that you have personal maturity and are able to make independent judgments and feel confident in these.
