Job responsibilities
As an investigator, you conduct inspections across different school types and are responsible for qualified investigations and decision-making documentation. The work includes analysis of incoming information and other materials based on school legislation, planning of investigation efforts, facility visits with interviews, and decision writing.
The position involves regular travel with overnight stays. You work across professions, typically in pairs but also in close collaboration with decision-makers. You are also expected to use your expertise to contribute to the development of the authority's work methods and quality.
Qualifications
Teacher's degree or other academic education that we consider equivalent or relevant.
Experience with investigation work
Experience working with Swedish school system regulations
Very strong ability to obtain, analyze, and process complex information
Very strong ability to express yourself clearly and correctly in speech and writing in Swedish
Driver's license for a passenger vehicle
Meritorious are
Experience with oversight work
Experience with investigation work in public administration
Knowledge of administrative law

The position
