Responsibilities
As an investigator, you conduct inspections within different school forms and are responsible for qualified investigations and decision-making documents. The work includes analyses of incoming information and other materials based on school legislation, planning of investigative efforts, site visits with interviews, and writing decisions.
The position involves regular travel with overnight stays. You work cross-professionally, usually in pairs but also in close collaboration with decision-makers. You are also expected to use your expertise to contribute to the development of the agency's working methods and quality.
Qualifications
Degree in political science or equivalent at the bachelor's level minimum
Current experience with investigative work
Very strong ability to gather, analyze, and process complex information
Very strong ability to express yourself accessibly and correctly in speech and writing in Swedish
Driver's license for a private car
Meritorious
Experience with regulatory oversight work
Experience with investigative work in public administration
Knowledge of administrative law
Experience with Swedish school system regulations

The Position
