About the Role As Rental Support, you'll gain a unique insight into parts of the rental process, with a particularly strong emphasis on the areas where your service-oriented approach will truly shine. Your responsibilities will be to contact potential tenants about the value of choosing our homes. You will: Actively call new customers who have expressed interest in being contacted with the goal of building trust and encouraging rentals Handle both inbound and outbound calls to ensure quick and personal contact with potential tenants Be prepared to handle customer service tasks and answer questions from both existing and potential tenants This is a direct hire position with Victoriahem with immediate start. Working hours are during office hours, but evening and weekend work may occur. About You We are looking for someone who combines a strong sales instinct with a genuine sense of service. You are goal-oriented and service-minded and thrive in a dynamic environment. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience with customer contact. You are computer-savvy and can quickly learn new systems. To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills, be solution-focused, structured, thorough, and have an eye for detail. To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate having many touchpoints, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace. Experience with customer contact and a background in goal-focused work is a merit You enjoy working with people and have the ability to quickly build strong relationships You are communicative, persuasive, and have a natural ability to sell ideas – both in Swedish and English We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
