We are now offering an engaged and communicative rental property administrator a key role in a growing property management company with high ambitions and short decision-making processes. About the Role The rental property administrator role is perfect for you if you want to contribute to a smooth rental process and satisfied tenants. You will work with everything from customer service, property rentals, apartment viewings and inspections, to rent notices, billing, key handovers, apartment exchange administration, and subletting management. You will become part of a small team with competent colleagues who work closely together and support one another. The role involves many touchpoints, both internally and with tenants and housing seekers. Your work is important to ensure that matters are handled correctly, professionally, and efficiently. Our Candidate We require appropriate education at the upper secondary school level, preferably with an administrative focus. You have several years of experience with similar work; rental property administration experience is a merit. Your ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Swedish and English is good. You have good computer skills and hold a driver's license. As a person, you are genuinely interested in people and thrive in a service-oriented role where you can help, guide, and build good relationships with both tenants and housing seekers with dedication. You have a positive and professional attitude but are also confident in yourself, have integrity, and dare to be clear when the situation requires it.
