Job Responsibilities As an education leader/project leader at JENSEN yrkeshögskola, you will have the task of leading and developing JENSEN's vocational university programs in close collaboration with the business community. You understand process-oriented work and can lead projects with various stakeholders while operating under the Agency for Vocational Education. Your responsibilities include: establishing and maintaining collaborations with industry and business contacts holding operational responsibility for classes/programs as well as recruiting and developing the pedagogical skills of education consultants coaching, project leading, and developing students and consultants ensuring that programs comply with the Agency for Vocational Education's guidelines, regulations, and the JENSEN concept participating in applications for new programs actively contributing to development and taking responsibility for the business reaching its goals Qualifications You have relevant post-secondary education combined with solid project management experience and work experience in IT or real estate, or alternatively work experience as an education leader in vocational education. You have experience leading processes and individuals in development. It is an asset if you have experience working in adult education. You also have good administrative skills and are proficient in working structurally with follow-up and quality assurance. As a leader, you are confident and your communication style is straightforward, articulate, and friendly. You are strongly driven by measurable progress and plan and act based on clear goals while having the ability to quickly shift focus if circumstances require it. You strive to achieve high results and always keep customer satisfaction and students in focus. Taking full ownership of your processes and delivering with high reliability comes naturally to you. You are motivated by challenges and understand that a genuine interest in people's development is one of the key factors for success. Terms This is a permanent full-time position.
