Internal Service is part of the Property, Support and Service department and is responsible for delivering operations-focused services that enable VGR's core activities to function effectively. The assignment includes facility management, patient-related services, patient transportation, internal logistics, and monitoring of quality and deliveries. Internal Service works closely with healthcare and contributes to safe, secure and well-functioning work environments. We are now seeking a Training and Quality Leader for one of the service teams at Södra Älvsborgs sjukhus (SÄS) in Borås! Job Description As a Training and Quality Leader, you are responsible for training and developing employees within the service operations that Internal Service provides to healthcare, with the greatest focus on facility management. The assignment involves ensuring that our employees have the right competence for their tasks and creating favorable conditions for the operation to deliver high quality. Based on a structured annual cycle, you work continuously to monitor training and competence among employees. You are responsible for operationally implementing training that is developed in collaboration with the process leader for training and quality. You work closely with the operation and are regularly present in daily operations where you support employees and operational coordinators on matters concerning training, competence and quality. The role also includes coaching and developing supervisors. Furthermore, you monitor and analyze the quality and impact of training in the operation. Based on this, you identify local training needs, implement them and thereby actively contribute to development for both employees and the operation. The role contributes to employees feeling confident in their tasks and having the knowledge required to perform the work with high quality. The role is organizationally part of a facility management team where you report to the unit manager. The work also takes place in close collaboration with the process leader for training and quality and other training and quality leaders within Internal Service. The position is located at Södra Älvsborgs sjukhus in Borås. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education in a relevant field (such as pedagogy) or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. Good IT proficiency and experience with operations-focused IT systems, Office 365 and digital training and follow-up tools. Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Experience of coordinating work and independently planning, implementing and following up work or projects. Experience of developing and implementing new working methods, processes, roles or structures. To succeed in the role, you are relationship-building, responsive and able to create trust and engagement with employees and managers. Through your pedagogical ability and competence, you can convey information in a clear and accessible way, adapted to the target audience's needs. You are comfortable in complex situations with the ability to create structure and prioritize, and through your clear drive, move work forward and make independent decisions within the scope of the assignment. Furthermore, you are flexible, with the ability to reprioritize based on operational needs, work proactively and act in a solution-oriented manner. As a person, you are a good role model and contribute to participation in the operation. It is meriting if you have experience of hygiene or service professions. It is also meriting if you have a professional certificate within SRY or PRYL and/or experience working according to INSTA800 or other training in facility management.
