About the Position – Teaching and Development As an instructor in our Service Technician program (NEW), you will be a key player on Movant's teaching team. You'll have the opportunity not only to teach, but also to actively drive and develop the training programs forward – from course planning to designing innovative teaching methods. You will teach subjects directly connected to industry needs, such as: Practical electrical engineering – focused on industrial and home products Digital communication technology – understanding connected systems and smart home solutions. Appliance technology, home products, and cooling systems – the technology behind modern household appliances and industrial units. Business management and communication – building confidence in customer interactions, both in homes and industrial environments. You will have the freedom to plan and deliver lessons that engage our students and provide them with the practical and theoretical skills the industry demands. Work Experience/Background Work experience and formal education from a relevant field Teacher training with relevant specialization is desirable You have good IT skills and can quickly learn different systems You have good knowledge of digital tools and common Office programs Experience with validation Experience in course development is a plus Personal Qualities It's an advantage if you appreciate varied and stimulating work and have a strong creative side. You have a sense of organization and order, you can collaborate with others while working independently and making priorities. You have good communication skills and a strong service orientation.
