About the Position YrkesAkademin is seeking a trainer/instructor for heavy equipment operator training. The position involves independently planning, conducting, and following up on training that leads to operator certifications for heavy equipment. The training is conducted within the framework of adult education and/or labor market training and is directed at adult participants. Responsibilities Conduct theoretical and practical instruction in heavy equipment operation and construction. Guide, instruct, and assess participants in accordance with applicable industry standards. Plan, structure, and ensure quality of training components. Ensure that instruction complies with applicable workplace health and safety regulations. Qualifications Valid professional certificate as a heavy equipment operator, for example excavator, wheel loader, or backhoe. Several years of documented professional experience as a heavy equipment operator (minimum 3 years). Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety, and construction. Ability to work pedagogically and in a structured manner. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Category B driving license. Desirable Qualifications Experience working as a trainer, instructor, or mentor. Pedagogical training or instructor training. Experience with adult education or labor market training instruction.
