About the job ELLANCÉ is an established distributor of professional skincare products. Our strength lies in offering internationally successful niche premium brands within advanced skincare and natural/organic skincare categories. Our product range includes world-leading brands such as Dr Dennis Gross Skincare, Alphascience, Eminence Organics, Aroms Natur, and NuFACE. We are now seeking an inspiring, positive, and knowledgeable educator with spa industry experience to join ELLANCÉ's professional skincare team and help take our brands to new heights. You will conduct training sessions on our high-quality brands, develop existing resellers, manage customer relationships, and partly source new resellers. You will work independently with responsibility for selected customers, but always in close collaboration with a dedicated team. The position typically involves 1-2 overnight stays per week, with the schedule arranged together with us. To succeed in this role, you need strong expertise, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, passion for the profession, and genuine interest in our industry. Of course, you are equally passionate about the products in our portfolio. Together we create success and grow in a dynamic sector. Some of your main responsibilities will be: · Conducting brand training sessions · Developing existing customers, managing key accounts, and developing new business · Planning, implementing, and managing customer activities · Participating in trade shows and events · Conducting courses at our head office and at our reseller locations · Work across the country Your qualifications: · Licensed esthetician, preferably with several years of experience · Experience from the skincare and spa industry · Experience conducting training · Good knowledge of MS Office · Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing; additional languages are a plus You as a person: · An independent team player · Comfortable juggling multiple tasks · Thrive in a creative, engaged environment · Equally thorough as flexible · Organized · Strong interest in skincare Are you interested in this position and want to be part of our dynamic team where your expertise can make a difference?
