During the training, you'll learn the fundamentals of assembling Epiroc's advanced mining and construction machinery used worldwide, machinery that contributes to a more sustainable and safe industry.
About the Training
Your journey begins with approximately eight weeks of paid, on-site training in Örebro. During this time, you'll learn the basics of assembling Epiroc's advanced mining and construction machinery – both in theory and practice – while working alongside experienced colleagues.
You will gain knowledge in areas such as:
Mechanics
Hydraulics
Basic Electrical Systems
Crane Operation
Industrial Logic
After successfully completing the training, you'll be placed as an assembler through Lernia and become part of Epiroc's production team in Örebro. This means:
you receive paid training and secure employment through Lernia

communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
