We are now looking for an inside sales representative for our customer service department at Saint-Gobain Isover. Do you thrive in a service-oriented role where you have the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships?
As an inside sales representative, you will work in a cheerful team with a relaxed atmosphere. You will have extensive contact with many parts of the organization. The role is part of the Customer Service & Logistics function within Saint-Gobain Sweden.
Your Role
In this position, you will be a key person in the daily order-to-cash flow, where you work primarily with handling order flow and customer relationships in the Swedish market, but also in export markets. The job includes customer service tasks such as order handling, incoming calls and inquiries, quotations, managing discrepancies, transport and logistics issues, complaints, and considerable problem-solving. In matters concerning customers and their orders, you act as a central hub, coordinating with our marketing, sales, production, and supply departments, as well as maintaining direct contact with our carriers. The work also includes follow-up administration, identifying improvements that strengthen service and create cost savings, and daily work in our CRM system.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious

Experience as an Inside Sales Representative in Customer Service
Previous work in service and/or administrative processes
