Warehouse Supervisors

What your work will include: In the morning, you'll find out how many orders need to be shipped that day and distribute them among your team. You'll check attendance. You'll serve as the liaison between the warehouse and company management. You'll spend most of your time on the warehouse floor with your team - approximately 10 employees. You'll oversee compliance with safety regulations. Daily manual work – packing goods, shipping orders, receiving and storing merchandise. Active involvement in all warehouse positions (packing area, shipping, storage, receiving). Computer work – inventory tracking, administrative tasks. Communication with business partners, carriers, and suppliers. What we expect from you: Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example. Manual dexterity and physical fitness. You know what's important and what can wait. You make quick and independent decisions. You're comfortable asking for advice and providing it to others. You can communicate timely and clearly with your team. You have Excel skills. Schedule flexibility – occasional weekend work and overtime. Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. We require a clean criminal record and financial integrity.
